Welcome to Coverage.Health, operated by HealthLink Insurance Agency, an Illinois-licensed insurance agency ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Coverage.Health provides a platform to obtain general information about health insurance options and to connect with licensed insurance agents. We collect your information to help match you with potential insurance products and services. We are not an insurance carrier, and we do not issue insurance policies.

4. No Guarantee of Eligibility, Savings, or Plan Availability

Coverage.Health provides general information about health insurance options. We do not guarantee:

• Eligibility for any specific plan
• Subsidy amounts or tax credit approvals
• Premium savings
• Marketplace determinations
• Carrier approvals or underwriting decisions
• Availability of any specific plan in your area

All plan information, pricing, and benefits are subject to federal Marketplace rules, carrier underwriting, and state regulations, and may change without notice.

5. Not Government-Affiliated

Coverage.Health and HealthLink Insurance Agency are privately owned and operated. We are not connected with, endorsed by, or affiliated with the U.S. Government, the federal Medicare program, healthcare.gov, or any state government agency.

6. Licensed Agents & Partner Agencies

By submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree that:

• A licensed insurance agent may contact you to discuss your options.
• Your inquiry may be routed to a licensed partner agency for assistance.
• Partner agencies may contact you directly by phone, text, or email.
• Partner agencies operate independently under their own licensing and compliance obligations.

This structure ensures timely service, state-specific licensing coverage, and efficient handling of your inquiry.

7. TCPA Consent & Communications

By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from us and our partner agencies, including phone calls, text messages (SMS), and emails, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call registry. These communications may be generated using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or artificial/prerecorded voices. Your consent is not a condition of making a purchase. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

To the fullest extent provided by law, in no event will the Company, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Services, any websites linked to it, any content on the Services or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Carrier or Marketplace decisions regarding eligibility or coverage.
• Actions, omissions, or communications from partner agencies or third-party agents.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law

All matters relating to the Services and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

14. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

By using this website, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website, our services, these Terms, or any communications with HealthLink Insurance Agency or our partner agencies shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration shall take place in the State of Illinois. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Waiver of Class Actions

You and the Company agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

You waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any representative proceeding. This waiver applies to all claims, including those related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), data privacy, misrepresentation, and enrollment issues.
