You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us at support@coverage.health or 855-395-5001.

Do-Not-Call registry registration does not apply to calls or texts made pursuant to your express written consent. If you do not wish to be contacted, do not submit this form.

    6. HIPAA Notice

Coverage.Health and HealthLink Insurance Agency are not a "covered entity" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) with respect to initial insurance inquiries and lead generation activities. As a result, information submitted through our website forms is not necessarily protected by HIPAA. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any insurance carrier with whom you ultimately enroll, as those entities may be subject to HIPAA.

    7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

    8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. 10. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information to data brokers or non-insurance marketers. This sharing is necessary to provide the services you request and is not considered a "sale" under applicable privacy laws.

If you would like to opt out of information sharing with partner agencies, contact us at support@coverage.health. Please note that opting out may prevent us from connecting you with a licensed agent.

    11. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, and secure data processing agreements with our vendors.

No security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed in a breach despite our reasonable precautions. In the event of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
