HealthLink Insurance Agency is licensed and authorized to transact insurance business in the states listed below. All activities conducted through Coverage.Health are performed by or under the supervision of HealthLink Insurance Agency and/or authorized partner agencies licensed in the applicable state.

2. Licensed States & Jurisdictions

HealthLink Insurance Agency and/or its authorized partner agencies are currently licensed to conduct health insurance business in the following states and the District of Columbia:

State licensing is subject to change. License status is verified annually and upon renewal. Consumers may independently verify producer licensing status through the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Producer Database at nipr.com or through their state's Department of Insurance.

HealthLink Insurance Agency is licensed to transact business in the following lines of insurance, subject to state-by-state authorization:

• Life Insurance (where applicable)
• Dental & Vision (where applicable)
• Supplemental Health Insurance
• Short-Term Medical / Limited Duration Health Plans (where permitted by state law)

Lines of authority vary by state. Only products for which HealthLink Insurance Agency or its authorized partners hold the applicable license will be offered. No unlicensed insurance activity is conducted through Coverage.Health.

Consumers wishing to enroll directly through the government Marketplace may do so at healthcare.gov without the assistance of a private insurance agency or broker. Use of our services is entirely voluntary and is not required for Marketplace enrollment.

6. Compensation Disclosure

HealthLink Insurance Agency and its licensed agents may receive compensation, including commissions, fees, or other remuneration from insurance carriers or partner agencies in connection with the sale or placement of insurance policies. The receipt of compensation does not affect the plans or products we present to you, and our goal is to provide you with accurate information about all available options within our product portfolio.

Our services to consumers — including plan comparison assistance, eligibility review, and agent consultation — are provided at no direct cost to the consumer. Our compensation is paid by insurance carriers upon successful enrollment. You are not required to enroll through us, and you may shop independently through the Marketplace.

7. Partner Agencies & Referral Arrangements

To ensure timely service, state-specific licensing compliance, and capacity management, HealthLink Insurance Agency may refer or route consumer inquiries to one or more licensed partner agencies or licensed independent agents. By submitting your information through Coverage.Health, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your inquiry and personal information may be shared with one or more licensed partner agencies for the purpose of providing insurance quotes or enrollment assistance.
• Partner agencies are independently licensed in the states in which they operate and are independently responsible for their own licensing, regulatory compliance, and consumer communications.
• Partner agencies may contact you directly by telephone, text message, or email in connection with your inquiry.
• HealthLink Insurance Agency does not control, supervise, or assume liability for the specific acts, omissions, communications, or representations made by independent partner agencies.
• All partner agencies are required to hold valid insurance producer licenses in any state in which they conduct business.

For a list of current partner agencies or to request that your inquiry not be shared with a partner agency, contact us at support@coverage.health. Note that opting out of partner sharing may limit our ability to connect you with a licensed agent in your state.

8. Regulatory Oversight & Consumer Complaints

HealthLink Insurance Agency operates under the oversight of state Departments of Insurance in each state in which it is licensed. Consumers who have a complaint or concern about the conduct of HealthLink Insurance Agency or any licensed agent may contact:

By submitting your information through Coverage.Health, you provide your express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws for HealthLink Insurance Agency, Coverage.Health, and authorized partner agencies to contact you by phone, text message (SMS/MMS), and email at the contact information you provided. This may include use of an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS), artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and automated text messages.

Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us at support@coverage.health. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HealthLink Insurance Agency, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partner agencies are not liable for:

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in plan information, premiums, benefits, or eligibility determinations provided on this website.
• Carrier, Marketplace, or government agency decisions regarding coverage, eligibility, underwriting, or premium calculations.
• Actions, representations, omissions, or conduct of independent partner agencies or third-party agents.
• Any delays in communication, enrollment, or plan effective dates.
• Technical issues, website outages, data interruptions, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
• Any damages arising from your reliance on information provided through Coverage.Health.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Licensing & Legal Information page, and any disputes arising out of or relating to our services or communications, are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration as described in our Terms of Service. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
